About

Reset to stay sharp.

I work with the people others would describe as unflappable, in control — the ones who show up, handle everything, hold it all together, and feel one tough call or one argument away from snapping. I work alongside first responders, military-connected people, high-achievers, helpers, and leaders. Individuals not falling apart in obvious ways — they're functioning, often over-functioning: dependable, capable, funny, exhausted. Underneath, there's trauma, anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, numbness, hypervigilance, or guilt, and the quiet fear that if they stop moving, everything catches up. They're the person everyone calls in a crisis. Convinced there is no time or space to focus on themselves. This work isn't about stripping anything away — it's about returning to full function: resharpened, less reactive, less braced, able to rest, feel a fuller range of emotion, and lead with a clear mind. I use evidence-based trauma therapy, nervous system work, real conversation, and a low tolerance for clinical, sterile, therapeutic approaches. You don't need someone robotically nodding and ultimately not getting it. The goal isn't to erase what happened; it's to stop letting it run the room. You don't have to earn your worth through exhaustion, or wait until everything falls apart to get support. If you're tired of surviving beautifully, we can work with that.
